Privacy policy

This notice explains the personal data processed on qread's marketing site, business panel and partner panel. For guest data on business menus, the business is the data controller; qread processes that data on the business's behalf.

What we process

Account data: name, email, phone (if you provide it), business details.
Usage records: limited technical logs for security and debugging; raw IP addresses are not kept in analytics tables.
Your cookie choices: your decision, its time and a random consent ID (to meet our duty of proof).

Why we process it

To provide the service and protect your account (performance of contract), legal obligations (invoicing, tax) and, where you allow it, statistics and marketing.

Retention

Guest personal data is deleted after 24 months at the latest; statistics stay anonymous. Cookie choice records are kept for 24 months. If you close your account, you can download your data for 30 days.

To exercise your rights under KVKK article 11 and the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, objection and others), write to destek@qread.org.
